• Key Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced pipelayers, plumbers, pipefitters, and steamfitters in the installation, repair, and maintenance of piping systems and fixtures.
• Prepare and maintain work areas, ensuring a safe and organized environment by cleaning debris, setting up tools, and providing assistance as needed.
• Transport and handle materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are available and ready for use.
• Dig trenches and perform basic manual labor to support the installation and maintenance of water, gas, and drainage systems.
• Measure, cut, and assemble pipes and related materials under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support the testing of piping systems by following instructions to check for leaks and ensure proper operation.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment for you and your team.
• Assist in the layout and installation of piping systems according to plans, blueprints, and job specifications.
• Maintain open communication with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to expand your skills and advance your career in the industry.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have at least two years previous experience
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in pipelaying, plumbing, and pipefitting.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
