Physical Requirements Employee will be required to perform prolonged standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday. Must be able to talk and hear to effectively communicate with coworkers, supervision, and customers. Will use arms and hands to grab, hold, lift, pull, push, carry, signal, and operate tools, equipment, and materials. May be required to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to climb ladders, stairways, scaffolding, and structures and work from elevated platforms. Will be required to work at heights while utilizing proper fall protection. Must be capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, humidity, cold, rain, wind, and other environmental conditions. Must be able to work in confined spaces when required. Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, face shields, respiratory protection, and fall protection equipment.
