Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Industrial Pipefitter or Pipefitter Helper Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Working knowledge of industrial pipefitting procedures and techniques Experience working on industrial construction or maintenance projects Strong communication and teamwork skills Demonstrated leadership abilities Essential Job Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work scope, material requirements, and installation procedures Identify tools and equipment required for assigned tasks Recognize workplace hazards and implement appropriate safety measures Fabricate, prepare, install, and fit pipe according to project specifications Install valves, flanges, hangers, supports, and other piping components Perform quality checks and testing on piping systems Safely move and position materials using rigging equipment, including slings, chains, shackles, hooks, and cables Follow all site and company safety requirements Required Qualifications Proven industrial construction and/or maintenance experience Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical documents Knowledge of industrial piping installation and maintenance practices Strong understanding of pipefitting processes and procedures Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently with limited supervision Ability to work effectively in a team environment Commitment to ZACHRY's safety culture and company values Preferred Qualifications NCCER Pipefitter Certification Formal technical or vocational training Previous employment with ZACHRY Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work in industrial environments and varying weather conditions Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and work at heights while utilizing proper fall protection Ability to work in confined spaces when required Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, and steel-toe boots Tools & Equipment Employees must provide basic tools required to support their craft.
