Pipe Layer

We are hiring Pipe Layers for a major commercial ground-up development in Woodford, VA — right off I-95 at Exit 118, easy commute from Richmond, Fredericksburg, and surrounding areas. Pipe Layer Responsibilities:

Install underground utilities including storm drain, sanitary sewer, and water lines Trench, lay pipe, connect fittings, and backfill per project specifications Assist with mass site grading and earthwork on a large commercial development Load, move, and stage materials and equipment throughout the jobsite Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently Support skilled trades and keep the site clean, safe, and productive Perform general labor tasks as directed by site supervisors

Pipe Layer Qualifications:

Authorized to work in the United States Must pass a pre-employment drug screen Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Own basic PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, gloves) and hand tools Prior experience in underground utilities or commercial construction preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates welcome
