$20.00/hr. to $25.00/hr. DOE Job Summary Impact Staffing Solutions LLC is currently recruiting experienced Underground Utilities Pipelayer for a Cattle Company located near Colfax, WA. This is a full-time project-based assignment expected to last approximately 3 to 4 months or longer. The project involves installing approximately 10 miles of underground waterline and constructing about 20 livestock watering stations across ranch property. •Lodging and a daily per diem are available for qualified employees who do not reside in or near the Colfax, WA area.•Job Duties Assist with the installation and connection of HDPE (poly) pipe. Install water system components including hydrants, valves, curb stops, pack joints, and other fittings. Work alongside excavator operators during pipeline installation. Follow project specifications while maintaining quality workmanship and a safe work environment. Other Duties as assigned Qualifications Experience installing underground water systems, irrigation systems, utility pipeline, or similar infrastructure. Familiarity with HDPE (poly) pipe and underground waterline installation. Knowledge of water system components such as hydrants, valves, curb stops, pack joints, and related fittings. Ability to read terrain and understand basic water flow and hydraulic systems. Comfortable working around excavators and other heavy equipment. Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work with minimal supervision. Schedule 8-12 hours/day Monday through Friday- Occasional Saturdays if needed Physical Requirements & Work Environment Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 60 pounds on a regular basis. Frequently bend, kneel, squat, crouch, climb, and reach while installing underground water systems. Enter and work in trenches up to approximately 3 feet deep to connect and install underground pipe and fittings. Work outdoors for extended periods in hot, dusty, windy, cold, and changing weather conditions. Work safely around excavators, tractors, skid steers, and other heavy equipment. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe installation equipment, and other construction-related tools. Follow all safety procedures, including trench safety requirements and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
