Job Description

Duties Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems following blueprints and technical drawings. Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and effectively. Support the assembly and installation of pipes, fixtures, and plumbing components on construction sites. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate pipe routing and system layout. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Follow building code compliance standards and safety procedures during all tasks. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform system repairs or maintenance as needed. Experience Prior construction experience or familiarity with construction sites is highly desirable. Knowledge of construction plumbing systems, pipe installation techniques, and mechanical principles. Experience with welding, pipe threading, and power tool safety is a plus. Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and site safety regulations. Customer service skills are beneficial for communicating effectively with team members and site supervisors.
Pay:
$25.00 - $31.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
