This is just one of the many perks you have to look forward to We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Pipe Cutter Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for accurately cutting pipe materials to project specifications while verifying material grades, dimensions, and quality. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with a wide variety of materials and sizes in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment where no two days are the same.Key Responsibilities:
Operate a CNC-based high definition plasma Watts pipe cutting machine safely and efficiently Verify material grades and specifications prior to cutting Cut pipe to exact project specifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency Handle frequent changes in material type and size; adapt quickly to new setups Load and unload pipe materials using proper handling techniques Perform dimensional checks and quality inspections throughout the process Document and verify measurements to ensure compliance with job requirements Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment in good working order Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety policies and company procedures What you need to qualify: Pipe Cutter Operator applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and must meet the required norms on an aptitude test. Candidates must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, and crouch throughout a 10-hour shift, and be able to effectively read and use measuring devices. Candidates must have demonstrated the ability to work in a team environment. You can stand out above other candidates by having a positive attitude, possessing excellent problem-solving skills, and being able to perform duties safely and effectively in a fast-paced work environment that will be loud at times. Safety regulations must be followed at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, hand, knee, and foot protection).
