What You'll Do Maintain a safety first attitude and hold the crew accountable for the same attitude and behavior Ensure that the crew is producing the best quality bar as possible Maintain a continuous focus on cost and ways to decrease waste and cost What You'll Need Minimum 2 years department experience in a hands on environment Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office programs - Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint Ability to operate fork lift and overhead crane required Ability to use measuring devices (tapes, micrometer, inside outside calipers, etc) Your Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required We are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
