Job Description
Safely assist welders and construction crew with construction and maintenance of company pipeline, compressor, production, gathering and storage facilities. Responds to emergencies, scheduled and unscheduled overtime. Nothing in this job summary restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school degree or equivalency. Basic knowledge of welding processes and layout or general construction. Possess and maintain a valid motor vehicle driver's license and meet applicable DOT mandated commercial driver requirements (i.e. medical card).OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage, or unauthorized access. Must be legally authorized to work in United States, no sponsorships considered. Subject to pre-employment background check and drug testing. Subject to the company DOT substance abuse testing program. Travel with overnight stays. Must be able to be certified to wear respirator if required to perform work. Must pass all requirements to become DOT operator qualified in assigned tasks. Must be able to perform all the essential functions required of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge in natural gas pipeline related maintenance and construction activities, processes and operations skills. Associate degree in an industrial or mechanical related field.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist welders and construction crew with construction and maintenance activities. Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.Wage:
