We're seeking a dedicated Line Locator to join our team in Williston, ND, for a long-term opportunity that combines technical skill, safety, and hands-on outdoor work. In this role, you will be the frontline guardian, using specialized locating equipment to detect and mark underground utilities, ensuring safety and compliance in excavation projects. Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of compressor stations, gathering systems, and processing plant operations Experience with mechanical equipment and safe handling of flammable gases and liquids Proficient in using utility locating equipment and tools Strong computer skills for documentation and ticket updates Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, etc.) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Nice to
Have Skills:
Prior experience in oil field or pipeline location Familiarity with excavation safety procedures Ability to witness third-party crossings and handle multiple priorities
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in utility location, excavation, or oil field environments is highly desirable
Other Requirements:
Ability to lift and handle equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.
