What you´ll do The Mixing Operator is responsible for the acquisition and addition of raw materials into mixing equipment and the operation of that equipment until batches are completed and transferred. Adherence to Henkel's Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards and practices, and support of Henkel AC Manufacturing's Vision are maintained as a top priority. The Mixing Operator is expected to perform the required duties of this position in full compliance with departmental standard operating procedures. What makes you a good fit High school diploma or GED Certified to operate PIT's (where applicable); able to lift 60-70lbs. Strong communication, organization, dependability, and teamwork. Understanding of Henkel Mentor chemistry base types and solvent metering systems. Able to work in varied weather conditions and wear PPE, including full fire suit and respirator when needed. Operates with a strong sense of urgency and consistent punctuality. Some benefits of joining

This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
