In this vital role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and ensuring the quality of pipeline skids used in industrial applications. Your expertise will help drive efficient production processes and maintain high safety standards. Duties Assemble pipeline skids by interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints with precision. Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools to accurately assemble components. Measure and verify parts using calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments, and shop math to ensure specifications are met. Interpret manufacturing documents and production instructions to maintain quality standards throughout assembly. Conduct mechanical blueprint interpretation and machining tasks as needed for custom fittings or modifications. Solder electrical connections when required, following safety protocols and technical guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Requirements Proven experience with mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Ability to operate manual handling equipment and use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment safely. Familiarity with shop math principles necessary for accurate measurements and calculations during assembly processes. Experience with welding or soldering is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding logistics and material handling procedures.
