Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training Appliance In-Home Service Technician (Full-Time) J&J Appliances is seeking an In-Home Appliance Service Technician to join our team. This position involves diagnosing and repairing major household appliances in customers' homes . What we're looking for

Preferred:

Prior appliance repair training and hands-on experience

Required:

At least 2 years of mechanical or technical experience (appliance, automotive, maintenance, HVAC, electrical, etc.) Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Professional communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record (as required) Pay & Compensation Trainee starting pay: $18/hour during training Training period: Typically 1-2 months , depending on progress After training: Base pay: $900/week, this is a commission per job (performance-based), with the intent for technicians to earn the equivalent of approximately $22-$30/hour overall if you break it down by hourly pay. Vehicle Provided A company service vehicle is provided for work-related use. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair major appliances in customers' homes Document service work and communicate findings clearly Maintain a professional appearance and protect customer property Coordinate with dispatch/management regarding parts and follow-up visits

Responsibilities:

Will be working on all Major appliances. Washers, dryers, Refrigerators, Dishwashers, and stoves as a In home service tech.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Must have a Drivers license Must have a clean background Must be drug free Motivated and driven
