Are you a motivated oil and gas professional with a passion for field operations? We are seeking a dedicated Lease Operator to oversee and optimize production at our Andrews location. Key Responsibilities:

Perform basic to intermediate pumping duties, including tank gauging, operating heater/treaters, phase separators, valves, and seals. Accurately read, record, and analyze meter readings and production data daily. Conduct visual inspections of surface equipment for leaks, defects, and damage. Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards. Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs and communicate findings to supervisors. Manage daily production reports and coordinate between pumpers during rotating shifts. Lead by example in safety, maintenance, and recordkeeping.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in oil and gas field operations. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Prior gas lift experience. Basic computer skills and familiarity with SCADA systems. Preferred Education and Experience:

Other Requirements:

Must have valid driver's license and pass ongoing drug and alcohol screening. Ability to work on a rotation schedule: 10 days on / 3 days off, then 5 days on / 3 days off.

Location proximity:

Candidates must be within 45 minutes to 1 hour of Andrews, Texas when on call. Must be safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
