- Perform an advanced level of inspection work, assist and oversee employees engaged in the construction, maintenance and operation of a pipeline system and related facilities.
Position Requirements:
- What You Will Need
- Experience in use, function, maintenance, and repair of tools and equipment applicable to position.
Experience and training relative to:
Working in excavations and confined spaces Basic customer service activities Customer service emergency procedures Company and government operating/safety procedures Plastic fusion One Call System policies and proceduresWork Management Systems Working knowledge of welding policies and procedures. Knowledge of function and/or maintenance of regulators, chart meters, well meters, cathodic protection, and leakage survey. Experience interpreting maps, atlas pages, blueprints, GIS sketches, and job orders. Knowledge of personnel policies and procedures. Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English. Minimum CDL Required. Minimum Applicable driver's license. Minimum Qualified Plastic Fusion Technician certification. Minimum Applicable Operator Qualifications. Lift or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds 10 15 times a day; up to 40 pounds 7 10 times a day; up to 50 pounds 10 12 times a day. Climb into and out of excavations and onto and off of equipment. + Travel over uneven terrain including but not limited to: + Mud + Gravel + Sand + Rocks + Ice + SnowReact immediately to emergency situations to prevent injury to self and others.Smell odorant in natural gas.
