Key Responsibilities include:

Clean and maintain SWD filter baskets at pumps and offload locations Monitor and record pump pressures and system performance Track skim oil volumes removed from SWD wells Monitor tank levels to ensure proper operating parameters Inspect equipment and facilities; identify and coordinate maintenance needs Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and daily operations Prepare monthly reports for piped, trucked, and injected water volumes Ensure all facilities remain clean, organized, and environmentally compliant Follow all company, safety, and regulatory guidelines at all times Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

Prior experience with SWD operations, pipelines, or oilfield production preferred Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Ability to work independently in a field environment Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills Must be dependable and safety-focused Valid driver's license required

Schedule:

5/2 schedule On-call every 3rd weekend Crosby Energy Services is hiring an SWD Pipeline Operator for operations in the Fort Worth, TX area.
