This position is responsible for pressure testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational support of BOP and surface pressure control equipment at customer well sites. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety‑driven, and capable of overseeing all phases of well operations to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Perform pressure testing, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of BOP systems and associated control equipment Assist with rig‑up and rig‑down operations and equipment maintenance at customer well sites and Exact Valve Solutions facilities Support and oversee all phases of well operations, understanding required tasks to meet projected deadlines and achieve expected service results Install, inspect, pressure test, maintain, and troubleshoot surface pressure control equipment Monitor well-site operations to ensure services are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer requirements Identify potential operational or equipment issues and communicate them promptly to supervisors and clients Complete accurate service reports, tickets, inspection sheets, and required job documentation Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members regarding job status and potential issues Participate in and comply with Exact Valve Solutions and client QHSE programs, always observing safe working practices and all safety rules and regulations Job Requirements Fluent in English with clear verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform basic math and complete required documentation accurately Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to think quickly in fast‑paced field environments Ability to follow Exact Valve Solutions procedures, written guidelines, and customer requirements Commitment to safety and strict adherence to company and customer policies and procedures Ability to safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies Willingness to travel to customer and company locations in other districts as required Maintain a professional attitude and contribute to a positive, team‑oriented work environment Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of oilfield experience, including hands‑on work with Frac Valves, BOPs, and Flowback equipment High School Diploma or equivalent Must be at least 24 years of age Valid driver's license with a safe driving record Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and on‑call schedules as operationally required Ability to pass pre‑employment, post‑accident, and random drug and alcohol screenings Ability to pass pre‑employment and annual physical examinations Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills Ability to work safely and effectively in high‑pressure, safety‑critical environments
Pay:
$27.00 - $29.00 per hour
