Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pipe CCTV Operator and become a vital part of our team! In this energetic role, you'll operate specialized CCTV camera systems to identify blockages, damage, defects, and other conditions within sewer systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with technology and specialized equipment. Duties Operate CCTV inspection equipment to inspect sewer lines, storm drains, and underground pipelines for defects, blockages, damage, and other issues. Set up, operate, and maintain robotic camera systems, including properly positioning and navigating cameras through pipelines. Identify and document pipe conditions such as cracks, breaks, root intrusion, corrosion, joint defects, and obstructions. Record inspection footage and maintain accurate inspection logs, measurements, and condition reports. Locate and identify service connections, defects, and problem areas using camera footage and inspection equipment. Perform pre- and post-cleaning inspections to verify pipeline conditions and confirm successful cleaning. Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance on CCTV inspection equipment. Communicate inspection findings clearly with supervisors, customers, and field crews. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Qualifications Experience working on construction projects in a civil infrastructure or pipeline environment. Strong knowledge of construction site safety regulations, building code analysis, and construction regulatory compliance. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans related to pipeline projects Experience operating CCTV or similar equipment in field conditions. Valid driver's license and any required(as applicable). NASSCO certification (preferred) Able to troubleshoot equipment and problems in the field
Pay:
$24.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:
