Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paver Installer with grass installation expertise to join our dynamic outdoor construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing hardscaping projects, including paving and grass installation, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare construction sites by clearing, leveling, and setting up necessary materials and tools for paving and grass installation projects Interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and specifications to accurately execute hardscape and landscaping designs Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently during installation processes Install pavers, bricks, stones, and other building materials to create durable walkways, patios, driveways, and other hardscape features Lay sod or seed grass areas with precision to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Conduct quality inspections throughout projects to ensure compliance with safety protocols and project specifications Collaborate with team members on remodeling, plumbing, electrical work, or other related tasks as needed on outdoor construction sites Experience Proven experience in hardscaping construction projects such as paving, stonework, or landscape installation Familiarity with building material installation including pavers, stucco, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, flooring installation, and related trades Knowledge of construction management practices and estimating processes is a plus Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment and power tools in outdoor environments Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately Strong understanding of safety protocols applicable to outdoor construction sites Prior work experience in outdoor remodeling or landscaping projects is highly desirable Knowledge of electrical or plumbing aspects related to outdoor installations is an advantage Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating stunning landscapes through expert craftsmanship!
