Sentri Homes is looking for an experienced commercial metal stud framing crew (1099) for an interior partition package in Chuichu, AZ, on the Tohono O'odham Nation. The site is about 65 miles west of Tucson and crews travel to it.

SCOPE OF WORK

Interior non-structural metal stud partitions in a new 4,900 SF pre-engineered metal building. Approximately 325 linear feet of partition wall total: 215 LF standard partitions, 3-5/8 in. studs at 16 in.

O.C. 110 LF

wet-wall partitions at restrooms, showers, janitor and warming kitchen All walls run full height to underside of roof deck, 16 ft. AFF 20 gauge studs, 18 gauge track and blocking Vertical slip track with 2 in. slot at head of wall for roof deflection Bottom track powder-actuated to concrete slab Jamb and header framing at 14 openings, box header assemblies per detail In-wall blocking for plumbing fixtures, grab bars, cabinets and fire extinguisher cabinets Full-height acoustical batt insulation in all partitions Not in scope: drywall, tile backer, grid ceilings, MEP, doors and frames, and PEMB structural framing.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Proven commercial light gauge metal stud experience. This is not residential wood framing. Able to read architectural and structural drawings, wall type schedules and details Comfortable working at 16 ft. height with proper fall protection Own tools and reliable transportation Crew leads who can run a small crew and check their own work against the plans

subcontract crew Target start late September 2026, roughly two week duration The site is on tribal land. Tribal employment preference may apply, and all workers must provide a government ID for tribal credentialing before mobilizing. Sentri Homes is a licensed and insured general contractor.
