In this role, you will be responsible for applying stucco and related masonry finishes to building exteriors and interiors, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship that enhances the durability and aesthetic appeal of our projects. Your expertise in various masonry techniques, blueprint interpretation, and safety protocols will be vital to delivering exceptional results on time and within scope. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, from new builds to renovation projects, contributing your masonry mastery to create lasting structures. Responsibilities Mix and apply stucco, plastering, and mortar work with precision according to project specifications and schematics Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure accurate application of materials Install rebar reinforcement and build concrete forms as needed for structural stability Utilize hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently during project execution Perform concrete finishing, stone masonry, bricklaying, tile laying, and metal stud framing as required by the project scope Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols on-site to ensure a secure working environment for all team members Collaborate with carpenters, roofers, masons, and other trades to coordinate installation processes and meet project deadlines Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on masonry, stucco application, or related trades Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and schematic layouts Hands-on experience with concrete forming, concrete masonry work, rebar installation, and heavy equipment operation Familiarity with building material installation including caulking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and renovation techniques Demonstrated ability to work safely in construction sites while following all safety protocols and regulations Prior experience in building scaffolding for masonry or other trades is advantageous Ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Join our team as a expert in stucco!
