In this role, you will bring spaces to life through expert painting techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform environments, enhance aesthetics, and uphold safety standards across various construction sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to craftsmanship and excellence. Duties Prepare surfaces meticulously by sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Execute precise painting tasks using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and other equipment across diverse projects including residential, commercial, and industrial settings Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately determine project scope and specifications Apply specialty finishes such as stucco, masonry coatings, or restoration paint techniques to meet project requirements Perform fixture installation, trim carpentry, and basic carpentry tasks to support overall project completion Conduct site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship during renovation or remodeling projects Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to estimate materials needed and assist in construction estimating processes Skills Extensive experience in residential and commercial painting with a strong understanding of color theory and finishing techniques Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings for accurate project execution Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and airless paint spraying equipment Knowledge of construction estimating processes including material calculations and time management Familiarity with plastering, stucco application, masonry work, concrete finishing, and restoration techniques Ability to perform caulking, fixture installation, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, masonry work, and basic welding as needed on-site Strong understanding of safety standards on construction sites along with experience working in construction site environments Join us if you're passionate about transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship!
