Perform home remodeling tasks including cabinetry installation, door hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, plastering, stucco application, and trim carpentry. Execute landscaping and hardscaping projects such as patio construction, walkway installation, retaining walls, and other hardscape features using appropriate tools and techniques. Manage building material installation with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring quality standards are met or exceeded. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate construction and landscaping activities. Conduct construction inspections to verify compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications. Collaborate with team members to fabricate custom components using fabrication techniques when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering strictly to safety protocols throughout all outdoor and indoor activities. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately to guide project progress from start to finish. Assist with electrical work such as wiring or electrical fixture installation when required for remodeling projects. Ensure timely completion of projects by managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Experience Proven experience in residential construction or remodeling projects with a strong background in building construction techniques. Hands-on experience with carpentry—including trim carpentry—and masonry work such as bricklaying or stucco application. Familiarity with landscaping design principles, hardscaping construction projects, and outdoor work environments. Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely on various job sites. Knowledge of construction management practices including estimating costs using construction estimating tools like Bluebeam software. Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately for precise execution of tasks. Prior experience in construction inspection ensures quality control throughout project phases. Understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations. Experience working with building materials such as wood, stone, stucco, tile, drywall (plastering), caulking compounds, cabinetry materials, and flooring products.
