STB Restoration, Repair & Maintenance is growing, and we're looking for a skilled stucco applicator who actually knows their craft—not just how to sling mud, but how systems work. This is hands-on, real stucco work : mostly PermaBASE systems , some EIFS , and high-end residential projects where details matter and shortcuts don't survive long. What you'll be doing: You'll handle full stucco systems from prep to finish.

That means:

Installing and working with PermaBASE, EIFS, and traditional stucco systems Preparing walls correctly before application (WRB, flashing awareness, waterproofing details) Recognizing and applying different finishes and textures Knowing materials and brands—not guessing Understanding how water moves, where it fails, and how to stop it Working clean, tight, and with intention Where we work: Jobs are throughout Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Pensacola, Pace, Milton , and occasionally Perdido Key . No bouncing between random states. Local, steady work.
