Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Masonry Worker to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of masonry tasks that bring architectural visions to life, ensuring durability, safety, and aesthetic appeal. Your expertise in concrete forming, rebar installation, and finishing techniques will be essential to delivering high-quality projects on time and within scope. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, including renovation, restoration, and new builds, utilizing your technical skills and craftsmanship to create lasting structures. Duties Construct and install brick, stone, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials according to blueprints, schematics, and project specifications Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying mortar or other bonding agents for optimal adhesion Operate hand tools and power tools such as trowels, hammers, drills, saws, and mixers to execute precise masonry work Install rebar reinforcement in concrete forms for structural integrity and durability Execute concrete finishing tasks including smoothing, troweling, and sealing surfaces for a clean appearance Read blueprints and schematics accurately to determine project requirements and measurements Assist with concrete forming, tile laying, stucco application, plastering, caulking, and trim carpentry as needed Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting and moving heavy materials around the site Collaborate with carpenters, roofers, welders, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris regularly Experience Proven construction site experience with a focus on masonry work or related trades such as carpentry or restoration Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution Hands-on experience with concrete forming, finishing techniques, rebar installation, and stucco application Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools common in masonry tasks Knowledge of heavy equipment operation relevant to material handling on construction sites Ability to perform demolition or renovation work when necessary to adapt to project needs Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites involving masonry activities Join us in building exceptional structures that stand the test of time!
