Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Scaffold Builder and play a vital role in creating safe, efficient, and high-quality work environments on a variety of construction projects. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for assembling, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures that support building and renovation activities. Your expertise will help ensure the safety of all team members while enabling smooth progress on complex projects ranging from commercial buildings to outdoor hardscaping. Duties Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems according to project specifications and safety standards Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to accurately assemble scaffolding structures Inspect scaffolding for stability, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to assemble and adjust scaffolding components Collaborate with carpenters, masons, electricians, and other trades to coordinate scaffold placement for various building tasks Ensure adherence to safety protocols including proper caulking, stucco application, and hardscape installation techniques Assist with the installation of building materials such as cabinetry, flooring, trim carpentry elements, or masonry components when required Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting and positioning scaffold parts in challenging outdoor environments Maintain detailed records of scaffold inspections, modifications, and safety checks in compliance with construction management standards

•Skills Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on scaffold building or related roles involving building material installation Strong knowledge of interpreting technical drawings and construction plans for accurate assembly Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to scaffold construction Familiarity with safety protocols including OSHA standards for working at heights and scaffold safety inspections Experience with plumbing, electrical work, remodeling projects, or hardscaping enhances versatility on diverse job sites Ability to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members across different trades and disciplines Knowledge of construction estimating, inspection processes, and building material handling is a plus Join us as a Scaffold Builder to build more than just structures — help us construct safe workplaces that stand the test of time!
