1099 PRN

CONTRACT POSITIONS - PT / OT / PTA / COTA

Mobile Outpatient Therapy - Patients Treated in Their Homes Vitality Rehab is looking for licensed PTs, OTs, PTAs, and COTAs to provide mobile outpatient therapy in patients' homes.

Pay:

PT/OT:

$95 per evaluation | $80 per follow-up

PTA/COTA

$55 per follow-up
