Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remodeler to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert renovation and remodeling techniques, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship across a variety of residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will help bring clients' visions to life by executing detailed building modifications, upgrades, and restorations with precision and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing your comprehensive knowledge of building materials, tools, and safety protocols to deliver outstanding results. Dutiesl Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, and finish carpentry to prepare spaces for new installations. Install windows, doors, flooring, tile, stucco, plastering, and other building materials with meticulous attention to detail. Manage plumbing and electrical work as needed, adhering strictly to safety standards and technical specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently on outdoor or indoor sites. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and project specifications throughout each job. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety regulations and protocols during outdoor work experiences. Assist in restoration projects involving masonry, hardscape installation, caulking, stucco application, or other specialized finishes. Ensure quality control by inspecting completed work such as flooring installation or tile laying before project completion. Experience Proven experience in remodeling or building construction with a strong background in carpentry, trim carpentry, masonry, or related trades. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings (blueprints) and construction plans is essential. Hands-on experience operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation skills preferred. Knowledge of construction management practices including scheduling and site supervision is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to perform plumbing and electrical tasks safely within a construction setting. Outdoor work experience on various construction projects is a plus. Strong understanding of safety protocols applicable to residential and commercial remodeling sites. Ability to read blueprints accurately and apply that knowledge during the installation of building materials such as flooring or windows.
