Hardscape Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardscape Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of outdoor hardscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and decorative stonework. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation of hardscape features Prepare sites by clearing debris, excavating, and setting forms for concrete or stonework Operate power tools such as saws, drills, compactors, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently Install pavers, bricks, concrete slabs, retaining walls, and other hardscape elements with precision Use hand tools like trowels, levels, hammers, and caulking guns to achieve professional finishes Coordinate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed on-site during all phases of construction Conduct inspections of completed work to meet quality standards and client specifications Assist with related tasks such as masonry, concrete finishing, plastering, roofing prep, or framing as needed Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste properly Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies throughout project execution Experience Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on hardscape installation or related fields such as masonry or landscaping Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for outdoor construction projects Hands-on knowledge of using hand tools and power tools safely in a construction setting Experience working with concrete forming, masonry materials, or decorative stonework is highly desirable Ability to operate heavy equipment such as skid steers or mini-excavators is a plus Background in construction management or estimating is advantageous but not required Knowledge of plumbing or electrical systems relevant to outdoor features can be beneficial Strong understanding of safety standards on construction sites and ability to perform inspections effectively Join us in creating stunning outdoor spaces! Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
