Key Responsibilities
Expert Craftsmanship & Finish Work
wet plaster finishes to interior and exterior walls and ceilings.
Create and restore ornamental plaster elements, including cornices, moldings, and decorative features.
Mix and prepare plaster, stucco, and cement materials to specified standards.
Application Techniques & Installation
materials using trowels, brushes, and spray equipment on a variety of substrates.
Install plasterboard partitions, acoustic tiles, and composite wall linings.
Execute surfacespecific techniques to meet restoration and design requirements.
Site Preparation & Collaboration
Prepare surfaces thoroughly to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality.
Assist in the setup and safe use of scaffolding and access equipment.
Proven experience as a professional plasterer, preferably in restoration or historic work.
Strong understanding of traditional plastering materials and techniques.
Work collaboratively with supervisors, craftsmen, and other trades to meet project goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to perform heavy lifting, manual labor, and work at heights.
Physical stamina to work in varying weather and site conditions.
Reliable transportation to travel to multiple job sites across the region.
