Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Module Installer and play a vital role in bringing construction projects to life! In this energetic position, you will be responsible for installing modular components with precision and efficiency, ensuring that each project meets high standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will help transform blueprints and technical drawings into tangible structures, contributing to the successful completion of diverse building initiatives. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in construction installation while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to accurately install modules and building materials. Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to install fixtures, panels, and structural components. Measure dimensional specifications precisely using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and team members to ensure timely progress and adherence to safety protocols. Perform quality inspections during installation processes, including checking for proper caulking, trim carpentry, tile masonry, roofing, and drywall finishing. Conduct construction site inspections to verify compliance with plans, schematics, and safety standards. Assist with remodeling projects by installing doors, windows, cabinets, glass panels, flooring, and other building materials as specified. Experience Proven experience in construction installation or related fields such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or remodeling. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans. Hands-on experience with various tools including hand tools, power tools, scaffolding or ladders, and heavy equipment operation. Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating practices is a plus. Strong understanding of building material installation techniques such as tile laying, plastering, stucco application, concrete forming/finishing, welding, and fixture installation. Ability to perform detailed measurements and follow blueprint specifications accurately. Excellent customer service skills for interacting professionally with clients or project stakeholders when needed.
