Your work will pave the way for new construction projects, remodeling efforts, and building renovations across diverse outdoor environments. Responsibilities Safely operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery to demolish structures according to project specifications. Follow detailed construction plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate demolition processes. Assist with the removal of building materials such as drywall, flooring, masonry, and fixtures while maintaining safety standards. Conduct site inspections to identify hazards, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and prepare sites for subsequent construction or remodeling work. Support the installation of building materials including windows, doors, trim carpentry, and cabinetry during renovation phases. Collaborate with construction management teams to interpret technical drawings and execute demolition tasks efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly disposing of debris and hazardous materials in accordance with environmental regulations. Skills Proven experience in demolition work within various construction projects or similar outdoor environments. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation essential for demolition tasks. Strong understanding of construction management principles, including safety protocol adherence and site supervision. Knowledge of construction estimating, inspection procedures, and interpreting technical drawings. Skilled in building construction techniques such as concrete forming, plastering, masonry, stucco application, hardscape installation, and flooring or tile laying. Experience with plumbing, electrical systems, window installation, door hanging, cabinet installation, and other building material installations is highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed construction plans for precise demolition activities.
