Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Masonry Worker to join our dynamic team. Responsible for performing masonry and concrete work to support safe and reliable farm operations. This role includes constructing, repairing, and maintaining masonry structures such as walls, floors, foundations, and openings while strictly adhering to safety, training, and authorization requirements. Duties Perform basic masonry repairs under supervision. Assist with concrete placement, patching, finishing, and block repair activities. Support demolition, cleanup, and site preparation work. Assist with material staging, layout activities, and measurements for repair and construction projects. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and masonry equipment within training and authorization limits. Follow established safety procedures, including required PPE and safe work practices. Complete assigned work orders and maintenance documentation accurately. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Learn farm construction standards, repair procedures, and maintenance expectations. Report structural concerns, unsafe conditions, and complex repairs to supervision. Escalate work that is beyond current training, authorization, or skill level. Support maintenance and construction projects as assigned. Experience Minimum of 1 to 3 years of masonry experience preferred or trade school Basic knowledge of masonry, concrete, and construction practices. Knowledge of common hand tools, power tools, and masonry equipment. Trade school certification preferred Ability to safely operate masonry, concrete, demolition, and construction tools and equipment.
