This person will be responsible for reading blueprints, completing accurate material and labor estimates, preparing bids, coordinating schedules, ordering materials, and managing projects from bidding through completion. Owens Builders works with General Contractors and local Builders in Las Vegas as well as Homeowners. Candidates must maintain a strong and professional relationship with them. Qualified candidates must have experience with tile & flooring projects and know the correct tasks required to accurately measure and quote them. Must have strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage jobs independently. Fluency in both English & Spanish is preferred.
