Argyle, TX Job Details Contract $17 - $40 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Outdoor work experience English Power tools Skid steer loader Hand tools Demolition Full Job Description Overview Exquisite Outdoor Solutions is a premier outdoor living company serving the DFW metroplex. We specialize in hardscaping, landscape installation (sod & turf), irrigation, patios, pergolas, outdoor living spaces, and pool decking. We build high-end projects and we need people who can keep up. As a Foreman, you will work directly with the owner and team on a variety of landscaping, demolition, and construction projects. This position requires flexibility, as some days may be longer depending on the project, and occasional Saturday work may be required. We need someone who is dependable and ready to step up as a right-hand man to the owner and team. Responsibilities Assist with landscaping, demolition, and outdoor construction projects. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery including skid steers, tractors, bulldozers, and other equipment as needed. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Comfortable hauling gooseneck trailers (dump trailers & 32ft flat-beds) Perform site preparation, including digging trenches, moving soil, and clearing debris. Assist with the installation of hardscapes, patios, decks, outdoor structures, and fencing. Support demolition work and material disposal. Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites. Ensure safety guidelines and company procedures are followed at all times. Skills Must be flexible with work hours. Ability to lift 100+ lbs and handle physically demanding work. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to operate or learn to operate heavy machinery such as skid steers, tractors, and bulldozers. Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to follow instructions. Reliable transportation to job sites. We travel all over DFW focused more on Collin, Denton & Tarrant County.
