Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Stucco Worker and become a vital part of transforming building exteriors and interiors with expert craftsmanship. In this role, you will apply stucco finishes to various structures, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and compliance with project specifications. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will help bring architectural visions to life while maintaining safety and quality standards on-site. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in masonry, plastering, and renovation projects within a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Mix, apply, and finish stucco coatings on walls, facades, and decorative surfaces using hand tools and power tools Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or applying bonding agents to ensure proper adhesion of stucco materials Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately follow project specifications and design details Install rebar reinforcement and formwork for structural stability during stucco application or related masonry work Operate heavy equipment and scaffolding safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas on construction sites Perform concrete finishing, tile laying, caulking, and trim carpentry tasks as needed for renovation or restoration projects Collaborate with team members on site to coordinate tasks such as framing, metal stud framing, roofing, and masonry work to ensure seamless project flow Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on stucco application or related masonry disciplines Familiarity with concrete forming, rebar installation, plastering, and concrete finishing techniques Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation relevant to construction projects Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for precise execution of work Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in renovation and restoration projects Background in carpentry—including trim carpentry—and metal stud framing is highly advantageous Prior experience with roofing or tile laying is a plus but not required Join us in creating durable and visually stunning structures!
