Collaborate with other team members and follow instructions from supervisors to meet project deadlines. Adhere to all safety protocols and use appropriate protective gear. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, lift and move materials as required, and perform tasks in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and communication skills are essential. Prior experience in construction painting or maintenance is preferred.
