Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sandblaster to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction-related fields and possess expertise in sandblasting techniques. Candidate must have 2 years of experience in sandblasting.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize sandblasting equipment to clean, smooth, or shape surfaces of structures or materials
• Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, rust, dirt, or other debris
• Operate and maintain sandblasting tools and equipment
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

• Experience in masonry, industrial painting, or construction estimating is preferred
• Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques
• Knowledge of trim carpentry, remodeling, and drywall installation
• Familiarity with schematics and plaster work
