Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality EIFS cladding on commercial and residential buildings, ensuring durability, energy efficiency, and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying necessary primers to ensure proper adhesion of EIFS materials. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately follow project specifications. Install insulation boards, base coats, finish coats, and decorative elements according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards. Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely and effectively to reach various heights and work areas. Measure dimensions precisely with tape measures and other tools to ensure accurate placement of materials. Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, masons, and other trades to coordinate installation activities seamlessly. Conduct quality inspections during installation to verify adherence to specifications and rectify any issues promptly. Maintain a clean worksite by organizing tools and disposing of debris regularly while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in construction installation roles, particularly with building materials such as plastering, drywall, masonry, or siding systems like EIFS. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans for precise execution. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment used in exterior wall systems installation. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices for working at heights on construction sites. Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately using tape measures and other measuring devices. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service when interacting with clients or project teams. Experience with related skills such as gutter installation, tile masonry, flooring installation or remodeling is a plus. Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
