Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Perform pipe threading and welding as necessary for system installations. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects to ensure timely completion. Handle heavy lifting tasks associated with plumbing installations and repairs. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs. Skills Proficient in plumbing techniques and practices, including construction plumbing. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Experience with power tools and hand tools commonly used in plumbing work. Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately. Capable of performing heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
