Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing systems, New Construction, remodel plumbing, service, commercial experience is a plus. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintain, build, and repair plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. The Journeyperson Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Perform New construction plumbing tasks in new builds or renovations. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project completion. Adhere to safety regulations and best practices while working on job sites. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Skills Proficient in maintaining and repairing various plumbing systems. Strong ability to plumb efficiently and accurately. Experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of building codes. Competent in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials needed for projects. Familiarity with Sweating Copper as they apply to plumbing work. Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on detail-oriented work, keep up with job cost and time spent on the job .
