Duties and Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues Install various water and sewage lines, drains, fixtures, and water heaters Carry out inspections and maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure functionality Prepare work cost estimates for clients Respond to emergency plumbing calls Adhere to all safety policies and regulations Provide excellent customer service and detailed explanations of technical issues Keep a record of assignments and services rendered Maintain a clean work environment after finishing tasks Participate in ongoing training and certifications to stay updated on industry standards Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in residential and commercial plumbing repair Must possess a valid plumbing license High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational school training preferred Ability to handle various tools and equipment used in plumbing Strong problem-solving abilities Maintain a drug-free status Clean, valid driving record Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Physical fitness, able to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces Availability for on-call rotation to handle emergency situations outside business hours
