This is not an entry-level position—applicants must have several years of hands-on plumbing or trade experience and be able to complete installations independently and professionally. Fixtures may include water heaters, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, angle stops, and other residential plumbing products. No prior sales experience is required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Install and replace residential plumbing fixtures safely and efficiently. Install water heaters, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, angle stops, and related fixtures. Diagnose installation issues and complete quality workmanship. Maintain clear, professional communication with customers. Ensure customer satisfaction through reliable service and attention to detail. Complete required paperwork and documentation. Use proper tools, materials, and techniques for timely installations. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and safe driving practices.

Qualifications:

Several years of hands-on plumbing, fixture installation, or related trade experience required. Experience independently installing residential plumbing fixtures. High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Ability to pass a background check. Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects with appropriate equipment. Ability to operate a mobile device or tablet. Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills. Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, and on a rotational Saturday.
