We'll Make Sure You Have Calls to Run. If you're an experienced residential service plumber, you don't need another company promising "unlimited earning potential." You need consistent calls, a straightforward pay structure, strong support, and a company that doesn't keep changing the rules. That's what we're offering. Hansen Family Plumbing & Air is a locally owned, family-run plumbing and HVAC company based in Mesa. We're not a franchise and not owned by private equity. We've built the marketing, customer base, systems, and office support to keep good technicians productive. We're looking for an experienced plumber who can diagnose accurately, communicate confidently with homeowners, present options, and close work. What You Can Expect 23

• 160,000+ expected annual earnings based on production Commission-only compensation Weekly pay Consistent, company-generated residential service calls Company truck and fuel card Company-provided iPad with ServiceTitan Established pricing, processes, and office support Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee referral program What the Job Looks Like You'll run residential service calls throughout the Valley and take ownership of the customer experience from diagnosis through the sale.

You'll diagnose plumbing problems, explain your findings clearly, present appropriate repair and replacement options, and help homeowners make informed decisions — without high-pressure sales tactics. Calls include plumbing repairs and diagnostics, water heaters and tankless, drains and sewers, leaks, pipe and fixture repairs, and larger repair and replacement opportunities. Who We're Looking For This is not an entry-level position.

You should have:

3+ years of residential service plumbing experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience working directly with homeowners Confidence presenting repair and replacement options A proven ability to convert service calls into sold work Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership of their calls. You know how to walk into a customer's home, figure out what's going on, build trust, communicate options, and move the job forward. Why Hansen?
