We are seeking an experienced Plumber for Custom Homes
ALL PHASES
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both rough-in and finish plumbing for residential projects. This role requires attention to detail, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Under-Slab Rough-In, Framing & Top-Out phase, Final Trim-Out & Inspection Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, waste systems, and related fixtures during the rough-in stage. Perform high-quality finish plumbing, including installation of sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, faucets, and other fixtures. Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to meet project requirements. Ensure all plumbing work complies with local, state, and federal codes. Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades on job sites. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems as needed. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a plumber (rough-in and finish). Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficient with threaded, sweat, press, and PEX-type connections. Skilled with plumbing tools, equipment, and installation techniques. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
