You have traffic violations or accidents within the past 5 years. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain-waste-vent (DWV) systems, and fixtures Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs Perform drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to clear blockages efficiently Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and plumbing system maintenance equipment safely and effectively Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and integrating new systems into existing structures Conduct routine maintenance on water systems to prevent future issues and extend system lifespan Use construction experience and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot complex plumbing problems on construction sites or during repairs Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites while maintaining compliance with commercial driving standards Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver excellent customer service throughout every project Skills Ability to explain the reasons behind a repair to close the job. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, schematics, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Skilled in soldering, welding, pipe threading, assembly, remodeling, and carpentry related to plumbing installations Proficient in drain cleaning techniques and the use of plumbing inspection cameras Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent mechanical aptitude combined with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations Experience operating hand tools, and power tools Knowledge of local building codes ensuring all work is compliant with legal standards Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various conditions Join us if you're ready to bring your residential plumbing expertise into rewarding residential projects!
