Who we are looking for:

5-10 years of previous plumbing experience (preferably commercial service & repair) A critical thinker and excellent communicator Reputation for being high integrity, hard-working, fast-paced, with a high attention to detail (to be confirmed by references) Broad skill set to deliver a full range of plumbing services Ability to operate a company vehicle Ability to pass a drug screening and background check A complete set of personal tools Ability and willingness to cover periodic after-hours shifts (Preferred) Experience with mobile dispatching software such as ServiceTitan What we offer:

Responsibilities:

Execute a wide variety of commercial and residential plumbing services including pipe repairs, water heater installations, drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, leak detection, sewer replacements, backflow testing, pipe re-routes, and a variety of other services. Provide best-in-class customer service at all times. Adhere to Splash Plumbing's core values, safety policies, and procedures. Compensation for this role is expected to be between $80,000 and $150,000 per year, based on performance.
