You'll be responsible for performing plumbing installations, solving problems in the field, keeping your work area clean, and making sure the job is done right the first time. You'll be expected to: Perform residential and home-service plumbing installations Complete work accurately, efficiently, and safely Troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions Work independently with minimal supervision Maintain a clean and professional job site Communicate clearly with customers and the rest of the team Coordinate with the salesperson and other team members to keep jobs moving Take ownership of your work from start to finish Represent Iron Mountain Plumbing professionally in customers' homes You won't be treated like an entry-level helper. What You'll Earn $25-$35 per hour, based on experience This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position designed for an experienced installer who can contribute immediately. Your experience matters, and qualified candidates with stronger experience may command the higher end of the range. Who We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Installer , not someone looking to get their foot in the door and learn the trade. You should already have the skills and experience to step onto a job and get to work.
You should have:
4-5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience Strong experience with residential and home-service plumbing Proven plumbing installation experience The ability to work independently with minimal supervision The ability to complete work accurately, efficiently, and safely Strong problem-solving skills Reliable and dependable work habits A strong sense of accountability and ownership Professional communication and customer-service skills The ability to work effectively as part of a team A willingness to maintain clean, professional job sites Sales experience is a plus, but it's not the primary focus of this position. Your primary responsibility is installing and completing the plumbing work. This isn't the right role if: You're entry-level or brand new to plumbing You need foundational plumbing training Most of your experience is in unrelated construction or general labor You require constant supervision to complete your work You're not comfortable taking ownership of your jobs We're looking for someone who already knows the trade and is ready to contribute immediately.
