Full-Time Overview NexGen HVAC & Plumbing is seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our team in Anaheim, CA. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering top-tier service to customers. As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems while providing excellent customer service and helping customers make informed decisions about their plumbing needs. Responsibilities Diagnose plumbing issues and perform service and repairs on residential and commercial systems Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, and gas systems Provide accurate estimates and explain repair or replacement options to customers Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company policies Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in excellent condition Participate in on-call rotation and respond to service requests as needed Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment Requirements Must have at least 1 year of service plumbing experience Must live within 30 miles of the shop Must have own hand tools Driving record with no more than 2 driving tickets Must not have a DUI on record Nice to
