Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings using hand tools, power tools, and construction experience Conduct plumbing inspections utilizing cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, and water system repairs to ensure optimal functionality Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute projects precisely Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies Assist with remodeling projects by updating or replacing existing plumbing infrastructure Maintain compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all work activities Requirements Proven construction site experience with a focus on plumbing systems Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing components, water systems, and repair techniques Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings effectively Experience with plumbing inspection cameras, drain cleaning, pipe threading, and use of hand tools and power tools Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards related to plumbing installation and repair Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles responsibly Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting issues Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus for versatile project support Join us as a Plumber Technician where your expertise makes a real difference!
